Robin Hood Airport’s launch of its new long haul flight destinations went down a storm thanks to the creativity and meticulous planning of Isle Communications Group Ltd.
Just a year after the first flight took off from RHA, travellers will be making the difficult choice between Florida, The Dominican Republic and Mexico as the airport, once again, lives up to being ‘the airport of choice for travellers from East of the Pennines’.
A themed champagne reception for dignitaries from the major airlines was followed by a slick interactive presentation on the rapid growth of RHA. VIPs were then treated to a tour of the airport before lunch.
Isle had pulled out all the stops and left no stone unturned as airport staff, bedecked in colourful attire for the day, handed out commemorative wallets – again designed by Isle.
RHA’s marketing manager, Steve Adamson, reflecting on a rather busy, but extremely successful launch, stated:”I do believe that we have just shown the major international airlines that there is a major new player in the airport fraternity.”
