Senior Graphic Designer
Isle, a successful Yorkshire agency with a broad client portfolio and a wealth of experience, offer a comprehensive service to clients ranging from consultancy/strategy through to design, new media, print, direct mail, exhibitions and multimedia. Due to expansion within the Traditional Media Department, we are now looking to recruit for the position of Senior Designer.
A Senior Graphic designer with a minimum of 4 years solid agency experience is required to join the studio. This position is for a hands-on designer with experience in managing work through a very busy studio. An appropriate knowledge of Quark, CS2 and relevant graphics and utility software goes without saying. Must be Macintosh based with experience in OSX.
From a design perspective you will be used to working under experienced creative direction as well as being able to take projects from start to finish by yourself or with your team. You will be used to providing top quality design work for Blue Chip clients and have a portfolio which reflects this.
You will be used to working with a highly efficient team where excellent design and communications skills, punctuality, house keeping and responsibility are expected by your colleagues and management alike.

Accounts Executive
Isle is a leading Yorkshire based provider of bespoke design and marketing services through new media, traditional media and multimedia. We are looking to recruit an additional Account Executive to join the key accounts area. The Account Executive will assist the directors and management within the company to maximise revenue from a portfolio of key accounts. Candidates for this position will need to have some past account management experience and sales experience a minimum of 1 years experience in a marketing environment or an existing portfolio that requires servicing.
The responsibilities in this role will be to:
Work towards meeting and exceeding personal and team revenue targets
Reporting activity and results on a daily/weekly/monthly basis
Ensuring key clients are managed in a consistent manner
Meeting and exceeding clients expectations
Maintaining the CRM system
Showing value and application of design and marketing to new clients
Recognising opportunities to cross sell/up sell
Recognising and facilitating all/any client opportunities
You should have a proven ability in relationship-building, both internally and with clients, and good interpersonal skills as well as good attention to detail.
